Avatel’s in-house Account Management professionals have the collective experience of over 175 years (some with as many as 20 years each) in the telecommunications industry providing a consultative approach with thousands of customers nationwide. We are thoroughly prepared to assess our customers’ needs and make strategic recommendations which will be designed to significantly impact their productivity and enhance their growth.  Avatel’s in-house Engineering professionals have the collective experience of over 135 years (some with as many as 30 years each) in the telecommunications industry providing excellent pre and post sales technical service support to their customers.
