December 2008 Top Sales Winner Avatel would like to recognize Fred Sternberg for Top Sales for Dec. 2008. Fred received his B.S. in Marketing/Management Science from the University of South Carolina in 1982 and his MBA in Marketing from Georgia State University in 1987. Fred has been a top performer in consultative sales for over 17 years and in the telecom industry for 13 years. Fred’s achievements are in direct proportion to his commitment to excellence. Fred’s achievements are not always defined by victory. Sometimes his achievements lie in the honest endeavor to do his best under all circumstances, knowing that on any given day, his intense personal effort may be the only thing that separates him from the competition. Fred’s determination was born out of purpose...knowing that he is gifted for something and this something must be attained. It is never enough to rely on luck or natural talent.
